I’m Coach Bo. At 56, and as a gay dad of two kids, I know that being healthy isn't about "the grind", it's about having the energy to show up for the people you love and for yourself. My journey into fitness hasn't been a linear line; it’s been a series of pivots and challenges. I understand life will throw you curveballs, and we will have a plan to adapt and overcome them.
Safety is the foundation of progress. With over 200 hours of advanced trauma-informed training, I've built Prism to be a sanctuary. A place where you can become physically strong and build the best version of you.
